Helio Turbine Courier

Stratus is seeking to purchase a unique turbine Helio Courier powered with an Allison/Rolls-Royce M250-B17 turboprop engine. The mostly overhauled experimental aircraft is available with or without engine and is one of three ever built, the other two of which were successfully flown for tens of thousands of hours by governmental entities for law enforcement and surveillance purposes.
